Mark Cavendish’s Tour de France edition Cervélo S5. This bike incorporated new technologies taken from Formula 1 to replace standard paint with super lightweight finishes to reduce the overall cosmetic weight by 75%. This both achieved a cosmetic package that defined Cav, was easily recognizable amongst the pro peloton and also created a performance advantage for Mark. The paint work was achieved through a close collaboration with Silverstone Paint Technology in England.
